How do you use your strengths in your job?
I manage people - they look to me to help them succeed in their
roles. I have to be open, honest and directive with my
team. I like to see people grow in their positions. It
is rewarding for me to help someone reach and exceed his/her
goals.
What was your biggest learning challenge in school?
Math was something that came harder than other subjects. I worked
to get good grades in math and usually did. It just took more effort
and concentration.
What motivates you to go to work?
I love what I do everyday. I believe in the philosophy and culture
of the company I work for. I love being part of a vital, strong
and valuable contributor to the overall success of the region.
My team members make it a joy to come to work everyday, and
I believe in them!
Every job has specific skills. What do you need in yours?
I need to have the skills to teach, coach, support and be a role model
for those who see me as their "boss." Providing effective
and timely feedback is a must. I need to be able to follow the
rules of my profession, and there are many to learn. |
