How do you use your strengths in your job? Working
with young children requires multi-tasking with both my head and my
hands, as well as constantly being in communication with others.
What was your biggest learning challenge in school? Most
activities involving the left side of my brain such as math and science
problem solving.
What motivates you to go to work? Passion for what I do, which
means there are some wonderfully successful days/moments but also some
very frustrating days/moments that challenge me on every level, forcing
me to grow and not be complacent.
Every job has specific skills. What do you need in yours? Knowledge
of child development, core professional knowledge, communication, patience,
ability to multi-task, a lot of mental and physical energy, creativity
and compassion. |
