How do you use your strengths in your job?
I don't make assumptions. Instead, I listen to everyone involved
prior to making a decision. In addition, I am straight-forward
with people and treat them equally.
What was your biggest learning challenge in school?
I was never a fan of physics. My lack of interest in the subject
made it more difficult to learn.
What motivates you to go to work?
I love working with children and enjoy the specific challenge students
present. The idea is to be approachable, build a rapport with
the students, and serve as a valuable resource.
Every job has specific skills. What do you need in yours?
I must remain open-minded, honest, and fair. These qualities and
similar ones allow the SRO to gain the trust and respect of students.
It is also extremely important to have an
in-depth knowledge and understanding of state laws. |
