How do you use your strengths in your job? Producing clothing in the U.S. and staying alive in this business climate uses every one of my strengths on a daily...No! Hourly basis!!

What was your biggest learning challenge in school? Ahhh...that would be patience, oh….and math on every level!

What motivates you to go to work? I love it! I'm motivated by the daily challenge of the unexpected, even when nothing seems to be working right! I like turning my sketches into patterns and seeing the patterns turn into wearable garments. I'm always motivated by the ideas and talents of my wonderful staff.

Every job has specific skills. What do you need in yours? My job requires problem solving, design ability, a talent for the art of selling and the fortitude to run an entrepreneurial business with all its ups and downs.
